Update Request

Use this form to request Web design changes, site update and maintenance work from the Avatar team. Select the type(s) of update you require, and enter your details below. One of our team will contact you to arrange an estimate for the work specified.

This update form is designed to make it easier for you to send updates and allow us to be more accurate, but if it's easier for you then feel free to with your request.

Please note: Whilst we make every effort to ensure our estimates are accurate, some work may take longer than originally anticipated. We will advise you of this, as additional charges will apply.

Our standard hourly rate is $120+gst. Our premium update rate for urgent changes required to be done ASAP (within 24 hours) is $150+gst.

Add New Update Item

Click the icon(s) of the required update type. You may add as many items as you need by clicking multiple times on the icons.

New Text Update

Text updates include any additions, deletions or amends to existing text on the site, including price lists, timetables and other textual data. Click the button to the left to add a new text update.

New Image Update

Image updates include any photos, logos, or other graphics on your site. Please upload images in JPEG or GIF format. If the total size of your images is more than 1MB, please contact us to arrange delivery. Click the button to the left to add a new image update.

New Functionality Update

Functionality updates include any changes to navigation, layout or automation, including adding any new functionality such as online purchasing or booking forms. Click the button to the left to add a new functionality update.
